Chris Ragan is Director of the Max Bell School of Public Policy at McGill University where he is also an Associate Professor in economics.

In previous roles Mr. Ragan has served as Chair of Canada’s Ecofiscal Commission, David Dodge Chair in Monetary Policy at the C.D. Howe Institute, Special Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Canada and member of the federal government’s Advisory Council on Economic Growth.
